It appeared in response to the hurricanes that devastated New Orleans, affectionately called NOLA: Katrina in 2005 and Gustav in 2008. Today, only two of the original works are still in existence, protected in part because they were placed on less hurricane-affected buildings. We want to give Banksy fans the chance to discover his artwork on the streets, by keeping these as up-to-date as possible with the status of each one.
